Greetings
from Hoopeston, Illinois.
I teach 19 first graders at Maple School in Hoopeston. Hoopeston is a
small town in east central Illinois. Our school is an early childhood
kindergarten through 2nd grade building. There are 5 first grade
classes. My class consists of 9 boys and 10 girls. We have at least two
very loose teeth just waiting to fall out. We are trying to keep them
from falling out until February.
We haven't had much snow this winter so far but this week the
temperature has really plunged downward. BRRRR... it is cold outside.
But it is winter after all. We are looking forward to participating in
the tooth tally.

Greetings
from Hoopeston, Illinois.
In the month of February the boys and girls lost 5 teeth. At the
beginning of the month we lost all the teeth. We still have lots of
wiggly teeth - so maybe they will fall out in March.
We drew pictures of what we think the tooth fairy looks like. We also
took pictures of the children's smiles and will play a guessing game -
"Who Can Guess Who is Smiling?"
