Hello Fellow Participants:

My name is Miriam Garau and I am a first grade teacher at Main Street School in Orange, New Jersey (right down the road from Ms. Hecht!). I have a class of 25 students. I live about a half an hour north of Orange, NJ so Ms. Hecht, I DID get snow last night! Only a dusting though. The weather report said that we should see some snow today but so far nothing.

We are very excited about the Tooth Tally Project as well and look forward to our future communications!

Warmly, Miriam

Hello Fellow Tooth Counters!

I'm happy to report that we started the month off with a LOST TOOTH!

Bladimir came into school wiggling a tooth yesterday and lost it during the last period of the day. Bladimir is 6 years old, has a younger brother and a new sibling on the way! He lives with his parents who were both born in Mexico but, he was born here in the United States. Bladimir enjoys playing with his baby brother, watching television, and playing soccer. In school, he enjoys math and music best.

Looking forward to hearing about your students and lost teeth.

Warmly, Miriam Garau

Hello Everyone:

We started the month off with a bang 1st tooth on the first day, second tooth on the second day! That was the end of that.

Total count for the month of February 2
