Barwell
Road Elementary, Raleigh, North Carolina

Dear Friends,
We are in the first grade at Barwell Road Elementary School. Barwell is
a large year round elementary school. We have 6 first grade classes. We
are in Mrs. Hall’s and Mrs. Alston’s class. We have 26 students in our
class. Our school mascot is the bears. We did not come to school
yesterday because of snow. We will go to school on Saturday to make that
day up!
We live in Raleigh, North Carolina. Raleigh is the capital of North
Carolina. We live in ACC basketball country with Duke, UNC, and NC State
all very close by. We think the Chicago Bears will win the Super Bowl.
We think that our class is the best 1st grade class ever! We are excited
about counting our lost teeth and hearing all about yours!
