KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS LOVE COMPUTER LESSONS!
This Is Me In this unit of work, students identify personally significant events, places and people and compare these with those of their peers. They use language associated with time, change and place. Students examine characteristics common to people, describing some of the similarities and differences. They acquire information by direct observation, talking to others, and by viewing, reading and listening to texts.
In conjunction with classroom activities, students completed two learning experiences in the computer room: recording and describing themselves pictorially; and discussing and documenting a current event, their computer lesson.
Technology One important objective of early kindergarten technology lessons is to introduce new users of the computer room to using effective learning strategies in computing studies, particularly listening skills and following instructions.
