Students delight in interactive beginning activities while learning essential core computing skills. Once comfortable with core skills they begin exploring creative and productive applications to produce their first pieces of published work.
A key facet of Lindfield East's technology program is the integration of computer technology in students' everyday lives. Computer lessons are closely aligned to classroom lessons with students and teachers working collaboratively towards targeted outcomes.
The "This Is Me" unit of work provides opportunities for
students to explore their lives and special characteristics. Have a look at how they have
identified and described themselves pictorially and written about a
school activity that they enjoy.
