Once upon a time there was an archaeologist and his name was Tom.  He was working very hard and decided to travel to Egypt to find the ruins of King Tutankhamen's Kingdom.

He was very excited when he arrived in Egypt although it was very hot. The first place he visited was the beautiful Nile. While looking down into the river, he saw a  reflection of King Tut and he thought he was dreaming. So he wet his face and then realised at that moment King Tut was actually staring back at him.

He now  knew he was in for a strange, mysterious and wild adventure having no knowledge of what was going to happen ahead of him!

I am Tutankhamen, I was a pharaoh who didn’t appear to accomplish much in my short life, as I did not expand Egypt’s borders nor did I experience triumphant victories. My tomb was discovered in the Valley of the Kings by Howard Carter, on November 4th, 1922.

However I think that I am one of the most famous and recognized pharaohs that ever lived. Found in my grimy, old tomb were many items glinting in the sun, ancient objects that once belonged to me.
