3MC - 6 IMAGES3MC used PhotoShop Elements to experiment with representational form and non-representational colour to convey different sensations of everyday images. Inspired by the king of Pop Art, Andy Warhol's series of astonishingly beautiful and brilliantly coloured images of Marilyn Monroe, 3MC applied the same treatment to their chosen images. Students created their own versions of Warhol's "10 Marilyn's" Poster. Some of their artwork was displayed in the LEPS Art Show 2007. Look at their work, it is absolutely stunning!
